Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Fulfill clinic, client, and affiliate orders using Salesforce and designated portal platforms
• Assemble, audit, and manage clinical collection kits and associated documentation
• Prepare and review domestic and international shipping documentation including airway bills and commercial invoices
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, carrier management, and pickup scheduling
• Execute reverse logistics processes for returned materials and clinical supplies
• Monitor and maintain inventory through audits, reconciliation, and replenishment
• Manage logistics department email queues and resolve shipment or tracking issues
• Maintain accurate records within Salesforce, Navision, and other business systems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or inventory control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
• Experience using Salesforce, ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift materials weighing up to 40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, laboratory, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments
• Two or more years of experience in freight coordination or supply chain management
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting and analysis
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
