Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
• Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation providers
• Prepare and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
• Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Assist in planning and optimizing logistics routes and schedules
• Track inventory movements and support warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logistics records and prepare necessary reports
• Proactively resolve logistics issues, delays, or discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics
