Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the team lead in daily operational logistics and coordinate processes to ensure smooth workflows
• Act as a primary point of contact for logistics staff to assist with daily tasks
• Actively participate in continuous improvement (KVP) initiatives, including Lean Production, 6S, and Shopfloor Management
• Monitor compliance with safety and quality guidelines while ensuring order progress
• Identify optimization potential through detailed analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support team development through training, onboarding, and qualification assessments

Requirements

• Completed technical or commercial training (e.g., HAK, HTL, apprenticeship, or master craftsman)
• Previous experience in a similar logistics role is preferred
• Fluency in both German and English for daily professional communication
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Strong organizational skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
