Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing international transport of materials and industrial equipment
• Collaborate with carriers and 3PL logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation, including export and import documents
• Plan logistics activities in alignment with production and project schedules
• Utilize SAP for order management, shipment tracking, and logistics data maintenance
• Resolve non-standard transport issues and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, transport coordination, or supply chain management
• Experience organizing international transport and working with external 3PL partners
• Proficiency in SAP and a strong understanding of logistics processes
• Knowledge of Incoterms and experience handling shipping and customs documentation
• English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher for international collaboration
• Strong analytical thinking, independence, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
