Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor material availability and track shortages proactively
• Align schedules with Procurement, Production and Project Managers
• Handle domestic and international shipments and manage export/customs documentation
• Maintain accurate operational data within the ERP system
• Distribute logistics reports and track key KPIs
• Act as the central link between the Warehouse, internal teams and external logistics suppliers

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent HBO level in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business
• 5+ years of experience in logistics planning, material planning or warehouse operations
• Experience working within a project-driven or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Odoo or SAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Full fluency in English
