Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure accuracy between records and physical stock
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with suppliers, couriers, and warehouse teams
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry related to stock movement using inventory management systems
• Liaise with warehouse personnel and external partners to resolve logistical issues
• Prepare and deliver stock and logistics reports to management
• Assist with procurement processes by flagging low stock levels and placing purchase orders
• Supervise the proper packaging and dispatch of customer orders
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces adhering to health and safety regulations
• Contribute to process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, stock control, or related areas
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Excel and willingness to learn inventory management software
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks associated with stock handling and warehouse work
