Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute carrier setup and compliance procedures to ensure smooth onboarding
• Coordinate driver dispatch and manage all details within the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Maintain continuous communication and updates for shipments until completion
• Promote ROAR to customers and carriers via business directories, load boards, and networking
• Manage customer load tenders by routing, scheduling, and ensuring timely execution
• Source and onboard new carriers while negotiating rates to meet target booking prices
• Resolve issues promptly for customers, carriers, and internal team members
• Maintain up-to-date customer and carrier profiles within the TMS

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED required
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics
• Equivalent professional experience in the logistics industry
