Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to the 3PL warehouse, including documentation and scheduling
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the 3PL partner regarding receiving, storage, and fulfillment
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment tracking and proactively communicate updates or delays
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with basic reconciliation between internal systems and 3PL platforms
• Prepare and organize shipping documents, packing lists, and customs paperwork
• Troubleshoot shipping errors, damages, or fulfillment discrepancies
• Support warehouse scheduling, seasonal volume planning, and product launch readiness
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Marketing, and Finance teams to support daily logistics needs

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience working with ERP, OMS, or 3PL systems
• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from $50,000 - $60,000
