Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction for Dedicated Fleet operations, including load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Maintain positive and encouraging working relationships with all drivers.
• Communicate service issues promptly to internal departments and external customers.
• Coordinate daily data entry into the TMW order-management system.
• Collaborate with the invoicing team to ensure accurate and timely weekly customer billing.
• Provide weekly KPI and performance data reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage truck and trailer maintenance scheduling and driver payroll.
• Work with the safety department regarding DriveCam, driver compliance, and HOS issues.
• Assist the Project Manager with implementing safety, security, and labor policies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work extended hours if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using TMW software.
