Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Organize goods receipt and sorting operations with a focus on quality and safety
• Manage, train, and lead a team of dock agents to ensure loading and unloading flows follow company procedures
• Drive productivity improvements through activity analysis, tracking, and personnel management
• Liaise with customer service and maintain daily relations with transport subcontractors
