Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor processes to meet customer obligations and quality objectives
  • Optimize logistical routes and oversee delivery quality to Pick-up Points
  • Maintain daily contact with subcontractors and ensure compliance with agreements
  • Ensure procedures are followed and make necessary operational decisions
  • Proactively propose operational improvements to optimize lead times, processing costs, and customer service quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in transport and/or logistics
  • Strong organizational, initiative, and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership qualities and customer focus
  • Good IT skills
  • Proficiency in English or French
  • Proficiency in Dutch
