Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international export shipments from India to the United States and other global destinations
• Manage India domestic transportation and import operations
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation including CI, PL, COO, and Shipping Bills
• Arrange shipment bookings with freight forwarders, airlines, and shipping lines across air, sea, and road
• Monitor cargo transit and resolve shipment delays or logistics issues
• Coordinate with customs house agents (CHA) for smooth regulatory compliance
• Provide freight quotations, tariff estimates, and route planning
• Collaborate with warehouse, 3PL, and manufacturing partners to ensure shipment readiness
• Utilize ERP systems for shipment tracking and operational management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in international logistics, freight operations, or supply chain coordination
• Strong knowledge of India’s import/export regulations and EXIM documentation
• Experience handling both air and ocean shipments
• Familiarity with HS code classification and customs duties
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
