Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of receiving, picking, and shipment processes according to defined standards and targets
• Improve operations by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions using management system tools
• Manage department resources and track activities via SAP and High Jump
• Manage inbound and outbound shipping at site locations
• Coordinate expected delivery schedules of raw materials to ensure timely arrival and offloading
• Monitor in-transit reports and update BOL filing
• Assist teams with various day-to-day logistics tasks
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in line with excellence programs
• Manage vendor payments, purchase orders, and Goods Receipts (GRs)

Requirements

• University degree (Engineering Science, Operations Management, or Supply Chain considered an asset)
• 1-3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP
• Background in logistics
• Bilingualism (French)
