Logistics Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments and direct Material Handlers to support operational priorities
• Support material flow throughout the manufacturing and warehouse environment to meet production schedules
• Monitor backlog, production status, and material movement using SAP and other operational systems
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions
• Compile and communicate performance metrics and status updates to leadership
• Assist with training, mentoring, and cross-training team members on processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or related operations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments
• Ability to successfully pass a background/security investigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
