Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Transform existing distribution processes into repeatable, scalable flows to support retail and omni-channel operations.
• Manage wholesale order fulfillment, including quote-to-fulfillment processes for boutique retailers and bulk requests.
• Oversee 3PL vendor management, including resolving order discrepancies and escalating SLA deviations.
• Support retail operations through new partner onboarding, purchase order management, and chargeback mitigation.
• Partner with accounting and channel management teams to dispute retail remittance deductions and unpaid invoices.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order lead time, OTIF, and non-compliance deductions.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to automate manual workflows using AI tools and systems thinking.
• Establish and maintain EDI integrations between Hatch and third-party warehouse systems or new retail partners.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or sales operations within the CPG industry.
• Experience managing technical projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with API, EDI, and iPaaS concepts.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, data joins, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with warehouse order management processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EDI, shipping operations, and inventory management.
• Experience with Retail Sales Operations (e.g., Target, Amazon, or other major channels).
• Experience disputing retail chargebacks and managing AP inquiries through vendor portals.
• Proficiency with NetSuite, ERPs, or ecommerce platforms like Shopify.
