About the role
Responsibilities
- Utilize Software Management Systems (WMS, SAP, GMES) to validate shipment information and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate shipment schedules and progress with internal teams and external customers
- Manage all OE shipments including documentation for US domestic and international locations
- Coordinate tire shipments between Hankook plants and TP warehouse
- Process and prepare test and sample tire orders for OE customers
- Prepare daily and weekly reports in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
- Assist with truck and trailer scheduling and dispatch
- Support the operations team and SCM team to ensure seamless customer service
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Or more than 1-year of Hankook SCM experience
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Understanding of transportation methods (air, rail, sea, road)
- Ability to move about manufacturing plant and office environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in supply chain management or logistics management
- Experience in overall supply chain business processes
- Experience with SAP or WMS
- Knowledge of resolving facility equipment failures
