Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and suppliers
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve delays, documentation issues, or delivery problems
• Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, and customs documents
• Communicate with internal teams including purchasing, sales, warehouse, finance, and customer service
• Monitor logistics costs and support freight quotation, cost comparison, and invoice verification
• Maintain accurate shipment records in ERP, TMS, WMS, or internal tracking systems
• Support import/export customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with trade regulations
• Manage delivery schedules, inventory movement, and warehouse coordination
• Identify process improvements to reduce cost and increase operational efficiency
• Prepare regular logistics reports including shipment status, lead time, and cost

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, International Trade, or a related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain
• Knowledge of shipping terms, Incoterms, customs clearance, and transportation processes
• Experience with ERP, TMS, WMS, or Excel
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with international trade documentation
• Familiarity with air, ocean, and ground freight
• Knowledge of customs regulations and tariff classification
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
• Korean, English, or Chinese language skills
