Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute daily logistics transactions including parcel, air, ocean, and white-glove shipments
• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers
• Validate trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods documentation
• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and resolve exceptions like delays or customs holds
• Serve as a primary liaison between logistics operations and internal stakeholders, procurement, and manufacturing
• Manage third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and monitor partner performance

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Experience managing domestic and international shipments across multiple modes
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding customs processes and trade documentation
• Experience with TMS, WMS, ERP systems, or case management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and AI data analysis tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping and trade compliance regulations
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, AfterShip, PandoAI, Power BI, or Tableau
• Experience managing 3PLs and carrier performance programs
• Experience supporting global logistics across multiple regions and time zones
