Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site logistics liaison between the client’s plant and internal operations teams
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials and finished goods
• Coordinate directly with drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams to resolve real-time issues
• Track and update shipment status, managing exceptions and communicating delays
• Support the execution of logistics processes, including documentation and load planning
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, non-conformities, and carrier performance
• Ensure compliance with client protocols, plant safety rules, and transportation regulations
• Identify process improvements within plant logistics operations

Requirements

• Advanced English skills
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
• Automotive industry experience is a strong asset
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work on-site at the client’s automotive plant
• Availability for afternoon shifts (15:36h to 23:55h) and working two Saturdays per month
