Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact between carriers, dispatch points, and planning teams to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Provide vital data and reporting to support the planning and distribution of products via road and rail.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in transport, sales, processing, and warehouse teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient delivery schedules.
• Support the SA Logistics team with accurate forecasting and planning to ensure reliable, on-time customer delivery.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of transport, operations, or logistics environments.
• Strong aptitude for data analysis and the ability to adopt new technologies.
• High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to manage ambiguity and change.
• A collaborative, proactive approach to building professional relationships.
