Logistics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Assembly, Sales, and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely shipment of machines and kits
• Schedule and direct daily activities for all personnel involved in inbound and outbound logistics
• Collaborate with the Trade Compliance Analyst to ensure accuracy of domestic and international import/export documentation
• Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pickup and delivery
• Manage packaging supplies and crating costs to meet budgets and ensure proper preservation techniques
• Maintain and analyze KPIs and metrics to assess performance and implement continuous improvements
• Ensure compliance with Harmonized Tariff and Commodity Codes, USMCA, and other transportation regulations
• Coordinate freight claims and ensure timely resolution

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a Logistics and Warehouse leadership role
• In-depth knowledge of Lean Sigma Tools (5S, Waste Elimination, Pull Production, Visual Management, Standard Work, DMAIC, etc.)
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff and Commodity Codes and USMCA regulations
• Proven ability to implement continuous improvement and achieve KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Materials Management, Business Administration, or Operations Management
