Responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse management system
- Monitor and control the automated system, including troubleshooting technical issues
- Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and identify areas for improvement
- Take necessary actions and communicate with logistics management or the maintenance department
- Track and report on metrics
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of logistics
- Basic technical understanding and general IT affinity
- Experience with warehouse management systems and MS Office skills
- Good proficiency in German and English
- Willingness to work in shifts
