Logistics Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and tracking of materials and equipment for CCS work phases
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee storage and distribution at site compounds
• Plan and manage workforce logistics, including transport, site access, and induction scheduling
• Maintain logistics registers, delivery records, and tracking documentation
• Support preparation of daily and weekly logistics reports
• Collaborate with supply chain partners and subcontractors to resolve delivery issues
• Ensure logistics activities comply with environmental, safety, and carbon-management best practices

Requirements

• Experience in logistics coordination within large-scale construction, infrastructure, utilities, or energy projects
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Knowledge of site operations, material handling, and supply chain processes
• Ability to interpret project schedules and technical requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and digital tracking systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on pipeline, civils, or mechanical infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of carbon capture, hydrogen, or energy-transition-related infrastructure
