Logistics Client Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of sales contracts for assigned clients from initiation through delivery
• Serve as the primary operational contact for clients and internal stakeholders
• Proactively monitor execution milestones, inventory positions, and exposure to prevent disruptions
• Validate freight bookings and confirm freight payment completion
• Anticipate execution risks and resolve operational issues independently
• Ensure accuracy and control of execution documentation including invoices and warehouse releases
• Maintain accurate client profiles and inventory data in internal systems
• Coordinate with Trading, Risk, Finance, Warehouses, and Forwarders
• Support and mentor Analysts and Assistants through knowledge sharing
• Perform inventory reconciliation for assigned warehouses

Requirements

• University degree in Logistics, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics, international trade, or client support
• Advanced knowledge of logistics execution, Incoterms, and contract flows
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI and systems reporting
• Knowledge of GCA/ESCC
• Multilingual capabilities
