Logistics Clerk

Responsibilities

• Prepack: Verify, count, and pack orders properly to prepare them for shipment.
• Staging: Scan prepacks onto designated shelves using the Precision program.
• Picking: Collect orders via the Precision program for the consolidation process.
• Boxing/Billing: Process orders and operate carrier systems including UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• Ensure all production orders are processed for export in compliance with customer specifications and shipping guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar logistics or warehouse role (or 6 months at Samtec).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
• Ability to sit or stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.
• Proficiency in English.
