Logistics BI Analyst

Responsibilities

• Act as an independent BI/AI partner to logistics business teams to propose data and AI solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain BI and AI solutions using Power BI and company analytics platforms
• Translate business problems into analytical models, dashboards, and actionable insights
• Own end-to-end delivery of digital tasks including requirement clarification, testing, and deployment
• Provide technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and hands-on training within the Logistics COE
• Support broader logistics digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters of Engineering
• At least 5 years of professional working experience in industry
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence concepts
• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI
• Solid Python programming skills for data analysis and automation
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and transform them into insights
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or operations analytics
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, data lakes, or AI enablement tools
• Experience mentoring or upskilling peers in BI or analytics technologies
