Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of materials and products by storing, receiving, and distributing inventory
• Prepare orders according to shipping department instructions
• Move products to proper locations or assign new product locations
• Use blueprints, routing sheets, and hand tools to assist in pack operations
• Package and move products to the shipping department for processing
• Complete final inspections of the assembly process and maintain inspection paperwork
• Mark identifying codes, figures, or letters on products
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in compliance with all safety rules

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly (with assist) and 35 pounds independently
• Computer literacy and ability to operate electronic equipment like inventory scanners
• Basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals)
• Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP Systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
