Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to ensure accurate, timely, and safe movement of inventory using various equipment
• Maintain strict inventory control through accurate system transactions and adherence to safety protocols
• Support continuous improvement and maintain 5S standards within the facility
• Proactively escalate service issues and contribute to quality, safety, and customer service excellence
• Safely transport inventory and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in operations, warehouse, logistics, or material handling
• Strong inventory control skills and knowledge of workplace safety practices
• Proficiency with computer systems, Windows programs, and mobile devices
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods in a physical labor environment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack
