Logistics Associate I

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using scanners or tablets and stack them onto pallets
• Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
• Operate material handling equipment including manual/electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
• Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against SAP records and packing lists
• Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
• Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
• Support inventory control through database updates and cycle counts
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 1 year of previous Raymond stand-up forklift operating experience
• 1 year of previous plant or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working both independently and as part of a team
