Logistics Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics activities.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve logistics issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and distribution performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain support roles.
• Knowledge of inventory management and shipment tracking processes.
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data related to logistics activities to support process improvements.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and distribution.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) due to export control laws.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working in integrated supply chain environments, specifically in aerospace or manufacturing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
