About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform receiving, checking, and photographic registration of samples and documentation
  • Contribute to the organization of processes related to receiving, disposal, donation, storage, and delivery of samples
  • Enter information into necessary forms for operation, control, and data registration
  • Contact clients for scheduling and information
  • Execute administrative tasks within the logistics area under supervision

Requirements

  • High school diploma completed
  • Basic organization and critical analysis skills
  • Basic ability to work with various systems
  • Basic teamwork and concentration skills
  • Proactivity and basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Affinity with administrative routines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of issuing invoices (NF)
