Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Sector Coordinator and organizational support areas
- Follow up on and manage requirements to ensure timely delivery
- Assist in the delivery of requirements to the sector with corresponding delivery records
- Maintain documentary control of delivery records and administrative assets (vehicles)
- Update management control charts for owned and outsourced vehicle fleets with indicators and alerts
- Maintain updated vehicle fleet information in company information systems
- Validate towing expenses for vehicles nationwide with their respective requests
- Attend to internal customers
- Manage physical documentation for owned and outsourced vehicle fleets
- Interact with sector personnel to ensure they have necessary resources for vehicle fleet execution
- Assist immediate supervisor with operational requirements
- Detect corrective and preventive actions and improvement plans for the strategic road plan
- Control and administer the use of the company parking facilities
- Perform vehicle driving activities for operational or administrative needs
Requirements
- Technical degree or student in final semesters of administrative careers
- 6 months of experience in logistics, purchasing, or resource administration
- Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement)
