Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage material shipments and pickups for internal and external customers within established deadlines.
• Perform picking, invoicing, and stock updates based on Sales and Customer Service documentation.
• Verify cargo and fiscal invoices to ensure correct material expedition.
• Coordinate transportation based on urgency and customer location in collaboration with Customer Service.
• Receive materials, perform physical inspections, and execute SAP entries and storage.
• Manage returned consignment materials and execute necessary fiscal processes.
• Monitor and archive fiscal invoice stubs for audit purposes.
• Handle freight allocation, request carrier payments, and prepare weekly logistics cost reports.
• Maintain stock organization to ensure accuracy, product quality, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Ensino Médio Completo).
• Proficiency in SAP system.
• Strong knowledge of fiscal and tax processes.
• Experience in inventory management and logistics.
• Ability to work onsite in Itapevi, SP, during the 2nd shift.
