Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling, dispatching, and record-keeping for pharmacy operations
• Coordinate deliveries and routing for in-house, local courier, and third-party logistics
• Prepare orders for shipment following strict pharmacy and cold chain protocols
• Perform quality control on incoming shipments, including medications and supplies
• Manage customer outreach via phone, text, or email regarding delivery status and inquiries
• Maintain office and pharmacy supplies by monitoring inventory and ordering as needed
• Support the continuous improvement of shipping, receiving, and logistics processes
• Assist with local deliveries as required to ensure operational continuity
• Maintain open communication with drivers and courier customer support

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a shipping, logistics, or warehouse environment
• Valid G driver's license
• Highly organized and self-driven with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in English for communicating with colleagues and customers
