Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform goods receipt postings in SAP
• Accept, control, and inspect incoming goods
• Process urgent orders and prioritized incoming goods
• Manage stock transfers, balancing, and correction postings
• Conduct inventory controls and support inventory audits
• Maintain warehouse views in SAP
• Handle complaints and transport damage
• Process import customs procedures and relevant documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments
• Operate industrial trucks and automated storage systems (AKL)
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Requirements

• 3-year vocational training in logistics, freight forwarding, or industry
• Minimum of one year of professional experience in logistics
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
