Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage the transmission of import data to customs declarants
• Maintain and update the IST register
• Organize international shipments in compliance with current regulations
• Process logistics data and compile shipping files with customs declarations
• Resolve logistics disputes and issues
• Handle declarations for dangerous goods

Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful experience in a similar logistics role
• Mastery of Incoterms
• Strong knowledge of geography and customs regulations
• Organized, rigorous, and reactive professional with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a dynamic and physically stimulating environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid IATA certification for the handling of dangerous goods
