Logistics Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Propose and implement improvement actions within the warehouse, including analyzing existing processes and optimizing operating modes
• Simplify and optimize workflows to reduce stock levels and improve delivery quality to production lines
• Organize the monitoring of actions to ensure successful implementation
• Lead field projects in collaboration with warehouse staff and team leaders to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics
• Quantify potential gains, plan required resources, and manage project schedules to meet objectives
• Utilize continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, SMED, PDCA, VSM, and risk analysis

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (Bac +4/5 level)
• Fluent in English due to the international nature of the environment
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
• Highly organized with a rigorous approach to task management
• Interest in innovation and continuous improvement processes
