Logistics and Transport Project Manager Intern

Responsibilities

• Pilot and monitor daily logistics and transport activities including reception, storage, preparation, and delivery
• Ensure compliance with established service specifications
• Monitor and guarantee the reliability of performance indicators
• Identify deviations and implement corrective or preventive actions
• Act as the main point of contact for procurement and purchasing teams on the platform
• Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and implement operational improvement opportunities
• Participate in projects to improve tools and processes
• Manage customer feedback and complaints from sales outlets
• Handle disputes in collaboration with service providers

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain or Transport environment
• Proficiency with digital tools and SAP
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes and stock management
• Excellent oral communication skills
• High level of rigor and organization
