Logistics and Transport Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Pilot and monitor daily logistics and transport activities, including reception, storage, preparation, and shipping
• Ensure compliance with service specifications and track performance indicators (KPIs)
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal procurement/purchasing teams and external stakeholders
• Manage customer relations by handling claims and disputes in coordination with service providers
• Identify and implement operational optimizations and participate in process improvement projects
• Control provider invoicing and ensure the reliability of key performance data

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and proactivity
• Proficiency with IT tools and digital systems
• Solid understanding of stock management and operational logistics processes
