Logistics and Transport Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs of production, logistics, and project teams to propose adapted solutions
• Deploy logistics solutions (media, flows, storage zones, buffer stocks) using DMAIC methodology
• Manage physical operations and communication actions including visual management and dashboards
• Develop specifications and business cases to justify investments
• Design and develop standard or custom logistics equipment
• Oversee projects including planning, risk analysis, cost tracking, and action plan coordination
• Produce reports and dashboards for activity monitoring

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, or equivalent
• Significant experience in a similar role within the industrial sector (automotive, rail, aerospace, defense)
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC, Lean, 5S, VSM)
• Proficiency in project management tools
• Mastery of dashboard creation tools (Google Suite, Power BI)
• Ability to write technical documents and specifications
• Professional proficiency in technical English (written and spoken)
