Responsibilities

• Organize and manage logistical flows: reception, storage, preparation, and distribution of material
• Ensure reliability and traceability of stocks (inventories, discrepancy management, critical parts)
• Plan supplies in connection with the needs of maintenance and operations teams
• Manage, animate, and develop a logistics team
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and security procedures specific to the railway sector
• Collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, purchasing, and supply chain teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and optimization of logistical processes

Requirements

• Engineering degree in logistics
• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally in a railway or industrial environment
• Proven managerial skills
• Proficiency in IT tools and stock management systems (ERP, GMAO)
• Rigor, organization, and ability to manage priorities
