Logistics and Shipping Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate internal and external transport deliveries
• Verify, complete, and close transport orders
• Communicate and resolve deviations involving suppliers and departments such as Finance, Planning, and Production
• Ensure all transport documentation and sales labels are up to date
• Register goods receipts in SAP and generate necessary labels
• Adjust stock levels according to instructions and perform systematic warehouse location verifications
• Identify and support the resolution of supply chain incidents
• Prepare and manage orders for external warehouses
• Perform cyclic counts and propose process improvements
• Provide administrative support to area operators

Requirements

• Minimum education: CFGS in Transport, Logistics, or a similar field (University degree in Business Administration is a plus)
• Minimum of two years of experience in logistics dispatch, supply chain, or similar functions
• English proficiency at a B2 level (Basic/intermediate German is a plus)
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP software
