Logistics and Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Ensure the availability of finished products across various business units.
• Manage timely delivery services to final customers while minimizing costs.
• Collaborate on maintenance planning and equipment shutdowns to ensure product supply.
• Supervise Logistics and Service Administrators and monitor their performance.
• Monitor regional distribution costs to ensure actual spending does not exceed the budget.
• Follow up on monthly and weekly assignment plans and EPT compliance.
• Coordinate with all involved parties in the event of supply shortages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• English proficiency level B2 or higher.
• Proven experience in logistics planning, transport coordination, or service administration.
• Advanced knowledge of logistics operations (planning and delivery).
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
