Logistics and Production Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team in performing controlled production labeling, outbound fulfillment, and inventory management
• Supervise production and warehousing activities to ensure precise execution of work orders and system transactions
• Act as the primary escalation point for quality and execution issues, including labeling errors and inventory discrepancies
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to operators regarding safety protocols and quality expectations
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, specifications, and work instructions to maintain high standards of compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or warehousing supervisor roles
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or equivalent vocational education
• Proven skills in Production Management, Quality Monitoring, and Warehousing
• High attention to detail and experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
