Logistics and Events Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage all logistical details for event planning and strategic space movements at Campus León.
• Coordinate requirements across multiple departments, including assembly, audiovisual, cleaning, electrical, and security.
• Oversee the administrative coordination of the audiovisual area and facilitate service requests.
• Provide direct support and attention to professors and students regarding audiovisual needs.
• Manage and update audiovisual equipment inventories and ensure adequate stock for classrooms and events.
• Plan and monitor expenditures and generate budgets for various events.
• Lead and manage a team of 3 to 5 collaborators.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Events, or Audio Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in event organization and management.
• Hands-on experience with projectors, screens, cameras, and videoconferencing systems.
• Proficiency with streaming technology and stage lighting/consoles.
• Proven experience managing a team of 3 to 5 people.
• Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment assembly and technical setup.
