Logistics and Customs Clerk

Responsibilities

• Independently manage export processes, including the creation of all necessary customs documentation
• Prepare preference documents such as certificates of origin and EUR.1
• Utilize software to generate transport documents and export declarations via AEB-Assist
• Coordinate logistics and transport as a key link between sales, project departments, assembly teams, consignees, and freight forwarders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and customs authorities

Requirements

• Completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in customs and logistics
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of ATLAS and ideally SAP
• Experience with customs software such as Assist or AEB

Preferred Qualifications

• Further training or specialization in foreign trade law (preference processing, export control)
