Logistics and Asset Lead

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site including receiving, shipping, and vendor coordination
• Maintain asset tracking from receipt through decommissioning using tagging, labeling, and data entry
• Manage receiving and shipping processes by verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
• Run cycle audits and physical inventory counts to maintain 99%+ accuracy
• Fulfill parts requests for technicians and engineers and maintain organized staging areas
• Process RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements while reporting on inventory performance and obsolescence

Requirements

• Experience owning logistics and asset management in a data center, warehouse, or high-volume hardware environment
• Proven ability to maintain high inventory accuracy (99%+) through disciplined cycle counts
• Ability to move material quickly under operational pressure
• Experience managing vendors, RMAs, and end-to-end inbound/outbound logistics
• Ability to build and report metrics such as turns, obsolescence, and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with asset management systems and barcode/RFID tracking
• Familiarity with data center hardware including servers, networking, and GPUs
• Experience in high-growth or hyperscale site operations
