Logistics Analytics Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and own digital solutions developed on Azure to drive supply chain efficiency
• Translate business requirements from regional teams into actionable technology programs
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Logistics Analytics agenda for market teams
• Lead the delivery of innovation roadmaps and manage application support and enhancements
• Collaborate with third-party technical personnel to optimize capabilities and ensure project delivery
• Proactively monitor processes to identify, analyze, and predict trends to prevent recurring issues
• Ensure all projects follow IT strategic architecture, principles, and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a similar field
• 0-2 years of experience in an IT environment
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, both functionally and technically
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple geographies
• Proficiency in data analysis techniques and advanced Excel
• Excellent communication skills to lead discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multi-cultural teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional knowledge in Logistics and experience with large-scale IT projects
• Knowledge of emerging technologies such as RPA or Artificial Intelligence
