Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support imports and optimize supply chain and logistics efficiency
• Manage carrier performance including RFQs, on-time delivery, and on-time pick-up
• On-board carriers and monitor compliance across all transportation modes
• Support inbound and outbound routing guides for domestic and international shipping
• Work cross-functionally with procurement and purchasing to on-board suppliers
• Communicate with plant operations, buyers, suppliers, and carriers to manage expedite requests
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement projects to reduce costs
• Collaborate with global logistics teams to implement best practices
• Assist with customer order freight estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline
• 1+ year of experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Experience in a strategic setting within a large manufacturing organization
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• ISM, APICS, or Supply Chain certification
• Knowledge of international trade and transportation
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
