Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support and execute retail transportation including DC to store and outbound from store
• Ensure carriers meet delivery standards regarding transit time and pickup/delivery timeliness
• Manage exceptions such as pickups, delays, and delivery issues
• Maintain visibility tools and processes for stores to track inbound deliveries
• Conduct carrier RFP processes to support the retail delivery network
• Act as a liaison between transportation providers, store operations, and allocations
• Evaluate the delivery network for cost and transit opportunities

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in logistics
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Copilot
• Familiarity with Excel macros
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics
• Knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
